You might’ve noticed a sweet little visual pun in the banner above — I couldn’t resist using Now and Later candy to highlight the exact question Liz Brumer-Smith from U.S. News asked me: is it better to buy now or wait?

I recently had the honor of contributing to *U.S. News & World Report* to share my thoughts on that exact question. Spoiler alert: if you’re financially ready, buying now in the Dallas-Fort Worth area may be the smartest move you can make.
