The Estate of Al Nayem International Trading, by and through Craig Gant, Temporary Administrator, hereby gives notice regarding the real property located at 1441 Westmount Ave, Unit #118A. Said property is an asset of the Estate and shall be sold subject to court approval as required under the ongoing probate proceedings. All offers submitted for consideration must acknowledge that the sale cannot be finalized until authorized by the appropriate court. The Temporary Administrator retains authority to review, negotiate, and recommend acceptance of offers, but no transfer of title shall occur absent judicial confirmation.
