We have 35 & 45 acre lots located right outside of Andrews, Texas. Land has very little restrictions. These restrictions read: NO COMMERCIAL SHOOTING RANGES AND NO JUNKYARDS. Other than that, you can do whatever you want. Mobile homes, Rv's, four-wheel, hunt, etc.
Utilities: We drilled four water wells throughout the property, and they all averaged around 5-15 gallons a minute. Power will be brought out by encore, and every lot will have single phase power. We have already put in the request; we are just waiting on encore to begin the job.

The wildlife out there is amazing. This is mule deer country, and I have seen many on this property. Along with dove, quail, sand hill crane, and hogs.
