Steavy came along and encouraged me to list my subdivision lots that were not selling fast enough to meet the take down schedule. I reluctantly listed the 9 remaining lots and had a great video and MLS listing within days. After listing and a little time for the word to get out my lots sold quickly and I am moving on to phase 2!
